Community

It is important to us to play an active role in our professional community and also our local/geographic community:

Professional:

• Our consultants are active members of the national and local chapters of leading organizational performance, training, and ecological professional associations, including ISPI (International Society for Performance Improvement), ASTD (American Society for Training & Development), and the ESA (Ecological Society of America).
• We actively attend, and encourage our consultants to attend, regular workshops, seminars, and local professional learning/networking groups, to continually develop ourselves and engage in an ongoing dialogue with our professional community.
• Landen Consultants serve as judges for professional competitions, including the ISPI Awards of Excellence and the Brandon Hall Excellence in Learning Awards.
• Landen Consulting is a member of Green America's Green Business Network.
     
  

Local/Other Community Involvement:

• We have provided pro-bono services and/or contributions to worthy local and international organizations in need, including Borneo Orangutan Survival's Samboja Lestari project, International Rivers, Reef Relief, the Fruit Tree Planting Foundation, the Schooner Western Union Preservation Foundation, the Chicago TibetCenter, the Des Plaines Self-Help Food Pantry, the Youth Baseball Association of McHenry Country, and the Aaron David Collar Memorial Scholarship Fund.
